Availability Grid You have a large campground and need to just see numbers available by unit type? The ROS2006 availability grid is the answer. It displays an overview of your availability and capacity by unit type. Rather than displaying every unit, it summarizes the grid by unit type and displays an availability/capacity number in each cell. This is an excellent way to view availability at a glance, especially when you are heavily booked.	Availability Search When you are very busy, and your grid looks really full, find available units quickly. Or, zoom in on only the units with special features if your client needs a non-smoking 2 bedroom unit with a lake view.
Views Organize your reservations better Customize a view to change the way the grid displays your units. You can create views that display specific units, types or even units that have specific features.	Waiting List Maximize units and revenue automatically Hold a unit for a guest requesting a unit type that is already reserved. Great way to fill in a cancellation. Just add the client's name to the waiting list and you will be automatically notified of his request if you have a cancellation.
