I wanted to express my greatest appreciation to the staff and
employees at Digital Rez. I manage a
small Campground with campsites and cottages along the Guadalupe River in
Texas. When I took over my position all
reservations were handled manually with a book.
I shopped around and found that your program had the most bang for the
buck.
We have been running the Digital
Rez software now for 4 years without any problems.
Our revenue increased substantially because
we could handle a much higher volume of reservations and without any
mistakes. Most of my reservation
employees had very little computer experience and grasped this software with
ease. We have now upgraded to version 3
and have 3 reservation terminals networked together. We are now e-mailing
confirmation letters with ease instead of printing our batch letters and
spending the time and expense of mailing them out.
This software has totally changed this office and I would
recommend it to any business small or large. The customer service department is always available to help out with any
problems I have. Thanks again for your
product and all of your help you have given me over the past 4 years.
