East Shore RV Park started dealing with Digital Rez in 1998, in order to upgrade our computer system to become Y2K compliant. The transition from a written reservation program, on an IBM system 36, to a state of the art Dell network was difficult to say the least. But through it all, Digital Rez's support staff was very helpful and concerned with our success.
Digital Rez's ROS2000 reservation program is well written and easy to use. On an average, it takes a new reservationist with little background, about one week to understand the basics of the system and to be able to make reservations. Once installed correctly, the system is fast and reliable, which is what we needed for our 730-site park.
