We want to take this opportunity to thank your company and express our satisfaction with the ROS2000 application package. We are a 37 room motel located here in Clearwater Beach. Our reservations were for the most part a manual process (with an Excel backup) when we started searching for a reservation package last December. After evaluating three other packages, we selected ROS2000 because it seemed like it would meet our needs at a reasonable price. We're happy to say that we know we made the right decision.
Converting from our manual system to ROS2000 was a breeze. Your implementation staff set everything up for us based on our input, so when we received the application it was Plug 'n Play. The application itself is intuitive and easy to master. In fact, the conversion process was the perfect training exercise for our small staff of 3 people and we were ready to "go live" in a matter of just two weeks. We find the Reservation Grid very easy to work with, and your confirmations and reports are very complete. It's definitely made us more productive and able to provide better service to our guests.
I would also like to personally compliment your technical support staff, especially Guy. We had some installation upgrade problems one weekend, where we lost the use of ROS2000 on a Sunday afternoon. Luckily, we are Gold Key client! When I contacted the Digital Rez hotline, Guy called me back within the hour and stepped my though a full system restore from backup. As a result, we were back up and running with little impact. We really appreciated his patience and attention to detail, even more so because I could hear children in the background. I know he sacrificed his personal time to help us out.
Thanks again for the excellent service. We're looking forward to upgrading to Version 3 next week.
