What's New in Build 123

Changes

- Time Share - Log file is created when a Time Share conflicts with another reservation.
- Archive Tool - Added 'Start Date/Time', 'End Date/Time' and 'Time Lapsed'.
- Discounts applied to a reservation are no longer selected by default when accessing the Sales form.
- The 'Change Password' function will now allow you to enter the old password and the new password within the same screen.
- Changed the default Security Deposit Type to Refund.
- When you delete a Unit Type, it's associated product is now flagged as Cancelled rather than being deleted.
- Added a warning when changing the unit of a One Way Reservation, the Start and End Location will be changed to match the new Unit.

New Features

- The 5 cent rounding preference includes a 10 cent rounding preference.
- RezCollect install simplified. The files are now built into the ROS2006 install and update files.
- RezCollect credit card authorization logging to track down issues.
- RezRobot webpage modifications made for use on cell phones.
- Updated Postal Codes database for US and Canada.

Bug Fixes

- Corrected an error when you click on the grid in the background when already in the Reservation Search tool.
- Corrected an error when clicking in the area just above the View selection field.
- Corrected an issue when checking out a reservation from within the Reservation Entry screen and a message would pop up about allowing the reservation to check out with a balance, even though the balance was $0.00.
- Corrected some small cropping issues with certain forms when running on Windows XP. (Payment, Reservation Entry, Product Setup, Location Setup)
- Changes to RezRobot Comments to ensure proper comments are always being sent.
- Corrected a 1 cent discrepancy when including occupant charges in reservation charges.
- Corrected an issue with changing Comments on an Invoice Sale and that change not saving to the database.
- Modification made to the Till Tape functionality to include Refunds.
- Corrected a date issue with Till Tape records that occurred when a charge that had been paid for was reversed and a new charge created in it's place.
- Corrected a display issue with Season names when one time period's rate ended at the end of a rate season.
- Client Comments no longer display in the Description field once they have been deleted.
- Corrected an issue with Inclusive Taxes when using Periodic Billing
